Hello,
If you’re reading this, you may be going through something really difficult right now — thoughts about ending your life, feelings of hopelessness, or a kind of pain that feels too heavy to carry on your own. You don’t have to go through this alone.
I work with people who experience suicidal thoughts — whether they’re new, have come and gone over the years, or are something you’re only just beginning to talk about. I also support people dealing with anxiety, depression, and that heavy, overwhelming sense that life has simply become too much.
My approach focuses on practical tools to help you feel safer, less overwhelmed, and more steady when things feel dark. Together, we can work towards helping you feel more like yourself again — even if that feels out of reach right now.
If you’re tired of holding everything in, or you’re looking for a space where you can slow down and be truly heard without judgment, we can create that together. There’s no pressure and no need to fix anything right away — just a calm, supportive place where you can breathe and find your footing at your own pace.
I offer online sessions, including evenings and weekends, and I keep spaces available at reduced rates so that cost doesn’t stand in the way of getting support.
If you’d like to see whether we’re a good fit, I’m happy to offer a free 15-minute phone call.
Reach out whenever you are ready. I would love to hear from you.
