Hello,
If you’re reading this, chances are you’re carrying something really heavy right now. You may be having thoughts about ending your life, feeling hopeless, or struggling with a pain that feels impossible to put into words.
Whatever has brought you here, I want you to know one thing: you don’t have to face it alone.
I work with people who experience suicidal thoughts—whether those thoughts are new, have been present on and off for years, or is something you’re only just beginning to acknowledge. I also support people living with anxiety, depression, and the overwhelming feeling that life has become too much to manage on their own.
My approach is gentle, practical, and focused on helping you feel safer and more supported. Together, we’ll work on tools and strategies to help you navigate difficult moments, reduce overwhelm, and create a greater sense of stability and hope.
Therapy can be a place where you no longer have to hold everything by yourself. A place where you can slow down, exhale, and speak openly without fear of judgment. There is no pressure to have the “right” words or to fix everything immediately. We can simply start where you are and move at a pace that feels manageable for you.
There is hope, even if you can’t feel it right now. With support, things can begin to feel lighter—and you don’t have to find your way forward alone.
Take Care,
Emanuelito Tomas, RN
